Course objectives are to learn about theoretical framework and practical examples of educational leadership and management. Also, students will meet practical guidelines of educational leadership and management and learn about roles of relevant participants in educational context. Furthermore, students will analyse and evaluate effectiveness of educational leadership taking into account the needs of participants of the educational process and specifics of the different educational institutions.
