MOBILNOST OSOBLJA

Filozofski fakultet Sveučilišta u Splitu podržava i potiče međunarodnu mobilnost nastavnog i nenastavnog osoblja.

U okviru projekata ERASMUS+ Sveučilište u Splitu dodjeljuje stipendije za mobilnost osoblja u svrhu

a) održavanja nastave na inozemnim sveučilištima partnerima s kojima je potpisan ugovor za mobilnost osoblja u svrhu održavanja nastave (tzv. STA - Staff Mobility Teaching Asignment)

b) stručnog usavršavanja nastavnog i nenastavnog osoblja (STT - Staff Mobility for Training: "job shadowing" ili strukturirani tečajevi, najčešće u trajanju od 5 dana).

Na Natječaje za mobilnost osoblja u sklopu programa Erasmus+  može se prijaviti nastavno i nenastavno osoblje zaposleno temeljem Ugovora o radu, kao i vanjski suradnici angažirani temeljem Ugovora o djelu. Ugovori moraju biti valjani u vrijeme trajanja mobilnosti. Natječaji se objavljuju na web stranicama Sveučilišta kao i na web stranicama Filozofskog fakulteta. Pristigle kandidature rangiraju se prema kriterijima navedenim u Natječaju, te prema dodatnim kriterijima sastavnice.

Molimo sve kandidate da nakon prijave na natječaje Sveučilišta koriste direktnu poveznicu za dostavu podataka Povjerenstvu Filozofskg fakulteta za rangiranje prijava prema gore navedenim kriterijima sastavnice.

Let's get together to explore the central topic: Future-proofing higher education -  adapting and updating HEIs  to ongoing technological and societal changes and advancements.

During the course of the event, we will:

-          Identify the potential challenges for HEIs in the upcoming years and methods of minimizing the effects,

-          Explore future proofing students - enabling them to find their place in increasingly complex workplaces,

-          Discuss Artificial Intelligence (AI) revolution and its current and future impact on education,

-          Reflect on Erasmus+ driving the education of future – blended intensive programs, digital transformation, environmental action and social engagement

-          Future proofing the mind - acquaint yourself better with the inter-personal and inter-generational communicative gaps in education by interacting with professionals from the field of psychology and business counseling,

-          Visit Serbian historical and cultural landmarks,

-          Enjoy Serbian cuisine,

-          Expand your connections and meet new colleagues from around the globe.
